Now unless the officer is wearing a higher ranking friend’s shirt, the white uniform shirt symbolizes that he is not a random officer or some beat cop, but is actually someone of some rank and who should definitely have better sense than some security guard who took a 5 hour course. Therefore I’m not really understanding him going off and just Hulk Smashing a chick all in her facial region like so.
Apparently there is much debate over whether the woman threw water and or silly string at the police officers. Even if she did, i’m not really understanding how that warrants a big hulking man just slapping the dog-shyt out of a woman or anyone like that..

Filmed by an attendee of this past weekend’s 50th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade in Philadelphia, the footage above shows a pretty clear-cut case of police brutality involving what appears to be a woman discharging a bit of silly string in the direction of some cops, and the extreme overreaction of a white-shirted officer who busts her up with a sucker punch.
Gisela Valentin, who recorded the scene, claims the white shirt was responding to the actions of another parade-goer who can be seen around the two-second mark spraying the policemen with a few drops of water.
There is some debate over this, as well as over what precisely the assaulted woman was doing as the clip commences (she can be see brandishing an object on the far left), but it’s fairly evident that neither her actions nor those of “water bottle guy” warrant the use of excessive force, especially by a high-ranking officer who is supposed to be setting an example for the rest of his department.
It looks like she either snuck up on him (and said something) or she touched him… if it was the latter, he has a case to say she assaulted him (flimsy, but it can be used as a defense and he gets a slap on the wrist). But if it was the latter? *SMH*
Either way, he has fugged up his career, IMO, unless she did something, like throw water or an object at him and he felt endangered…. but I can't see some folks letting it go how he hit that woman like that. DAMN!
Basically you throw, spit, touch, etc, and the cops can claim assault quicker than uncle sam comes after unpaid tax money. IJS But yeah, either way this was handled the wrong way. Nah, I wouldn't say he messed up his career. How many times daily do we see cops beating handcuffed folks and they keep their jobs? IJS

It looks like she was yelling something at the cops, then a guy near her throws some water or whatever that stuff is on the cops, at which point Chief Chinchecka from the Smackabytch tribe goes kaioken X10 and takes her down with what appears to be his take on Lex Luger's clothesline/punch attack. His form and follow-through were nice, but beyond excessive. Kudos to him for trying to help her up at the end, though…but not really.

You're quite welcome sir. I actually feel bad for everyone around that situation. That police officer was wrong as hell for smacking that woman, and people need to understand that more than ever, policemen/policewomen are on edge because they have the unenviable job of protecting and serving a public that doesn't feel that they should be respected. All it takes is a few heated words (you can be charged for cussing out a cop…who knew?) and a few cops at their wits end….and suddenly the WWE has made a special appearance on your street corner.
