I'm so confused by the letter and by the video. I read the letter and was prepared to get all my sisters up in arms and protest. But then I saw the video…and I wanted to laugh. Even as I type this, I am struggling at not trying to holler. Why? Because that is was funny to me. Maybe I'm too sleepy to see the metaphor in this just yet. However, I'm not sure if this is a metaphor of men throwing women away as much as it is in women need to do better in picking who they allow to pick them up – figuratively and literally, in this case.
If you want to get mad about anything in this video, get mad at his socks. Those things are FUGLY.

Ok for me, I didn't read not nah of the post or the letter. I just clicked play on the video. When I saw it said how to pick up a chick at the gym, I knew this was gonna be a joke video. I just wasn't sure if they were gonna go with a thin chick, a baby chicken or both. I luaghed my ass off when he tossed her ass, because as in real life when dead lifting, the person will toss the weights forward and or drop them instead of gingerly placing them back gently on the floor. So to me the make the joke even funnier cause I'm sure she was not told this point nor thought about this point a head up time.
Anywho, the s**ts was hella funny and I am about to go watch it another fifteen times.
